No one should have to transition alone. This page collects peer communities, support organisations, and resource portals that help transgender people — including those in the MENA region, where local support can be scarce or unsafe to seek openly.

Resource portals
- Awesome Trans — a large, curated, multilingual portal of transgender resources maintained by Project Trans. It organises websites, HRT guides, organisations, science, and cultural works. Content is CC0-licensed and open source.
- DIY HRT Directory — harm-reduction guides for self-directed HRT, including sourcing, dosing, and blood testing.
- hrt.info — an open, community-maintained knowledge base about hormone replacement therapy.
Peer communities
From the Awesome Trans directory:
- r/MtF, r/FtM, and r/TransWiki on Reddit — large peer-support communities for transfeminine, transmasculine, and general transgender topics.
- Lemmy trans communities — federated, privacy-friendlier forums.
- One Among Us and similar peer-support organisations.
